Confirmed from Demens Landing Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City park with a playground, picnic shelter, boat ramps & restrooms beside the water.
What runners say about Demens Landing Park
“Absolutely beautiful way to spend the day fishing from the land with adequate seating, parking is limited close by but available if you don't mind walking.”
“Less amenities, more peaceful, but with a lot of the same nice views of the bay and skyline.”
Absolutely gorgeous here. An amazing place to walk, ride a bike or enjoy a relaxing moment by the water. Plenty of bathrooms and walking distance to the pier and many eateries. Plenty of time limited parking. Highly recommend stopping by and checking out the park.
Absolutely beautiful way to spend the day fishing from the land with adequate seating, parking is limited close by but available if you don't mind walking. Bait shop next to Marina with snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. Great place to spend the day! Kid friendly and pet friendly!
That was a very peaceful place safe place for kids to play people very friendly people walking their dogs there was lots of space for that to happen also the Waterview was the best place to relax and take it all in it was quite comfortable it's a really nice place if you're in love to really take your beautiful bride…
This park has always been one of my favorites when it comes to getting away for awhile and enjoying a cool breeze. They have a boat landing and also plenty of activities for kids and families there along with a dog walk and areas for joggers and general people sightseeing.
