We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Dillehay Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kids' park with a playground, tennis courts and a frisbee golf course.
What runners say about Dillehay Park
Largest of the 3 in Mount Morris. Soccer field/Baseball/Softball field/Basketball/Tennis court/Frisbee Golf/Walking path around park with Exercise stops. 2 Small buildings for resting and picnics. Lots of Shade trees. Parking on North side and South side.
The kids love this local park. It has sand boxes, swings, slides, a running log, tennis courts, a track, plenty of grassy space where local teams practice. They have bathrooms also fyi. Open and easy to coral the young ones. Our go-to park
Perfect place to be for a party! There are 2 pavilions available, it also has a huge playground with it being separated for little kids and bigger kids. There's also tennis courts, volleyball and a huge open field to run in.
Has been going to this park for Years love walking the track for picnics and stuff like that is great
Trail conditions & character
“only downside is how wide open it is and the wind chews right through there making it extremely cold on early spring days and there is no restrooms.”
