Confirmed from Dominguez Gap Wetlands' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Urban escape along the LA River with trails for hiking, biking, bird-watching & horseback riding.

This is a great reclaimed wetland off the LA River bike trail. It's a serene bird-watcher's paradise, with a very easy walking trail. The trail is wide enough for bicyclists on the west end, but the east side should be reserved for pedestrians.
Very easy hike mostly flat good for the little ones, dogs are allowed on a leash. The entrance is just a small door by the gate.
This place is located right behind my house. It is an excellent walking trail and also an access point to get onto the bike trail that runs along the LA River. You can enjoy some very interesting wildlife here. I have seen some beautiful and unusual birds. The ducks are aleveryday resident of this pond.
I love hiking and running here. I recently brought a friend, and she really enjoyed it too. Lots of beautiful wildlife to see and hear. For the most part, it's clean. If you follow the loop trail all the way around, however, I'd exercise situational awareness, as there are sometimes transient people in the area.

The practical stuff
