Dear Dublin Trails Leadership and Staff, I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional work I have seen since the new leadership took over at this facility. I admit I had serious concerns about what happened with my loved one and I have shared those concerns with staff.
Very impressed about the facility and how good the building look. Staff was Very nice and respectful. All management was excellent and friendly. The social worker was excellent from the time I came to the time I left.My stay was great and I highly recommend anyone to stay at Dublin Trails.
After speaking to someone today from Dublin Trails I found out they were not the ones who dropped the ball on the extra care my uncle should be receiving at home. Thanks for reaching out.
