Confirmed from Ephram White Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean facility featuring an outdoor playground and a disc golf course, as well as a gym and ball fields.
What runners say about Ephram White Park
“Very clean building, wheel chair accessible to all facilities and plenty of parking at all parts of the park.”
Ephram White Park will always hold a special place in my heart. Flying into Nashville from Washington, D.C. and driving up to Bowling Kentucky to pick up a puppy, this is the first place I took our yorkie poo. It was close to the breeder's house. On a Thursday afternoon, the parking lot was empty.
This park is huge, and well maintained. There is a disc golf course that my wife and I have played a few times. It is a low difficulty course, which is perfect for us. The baseball fields seem very nice, and the gymnasium is quite impressive.
Just visited for a cross country event. This park is tucked away near Warren East High School. The park had huge mature trees, well manicured, and well established running/walking trails. They are mostly composed of tiny gravel. It is dog-friendly and has several picnic areas.
A large, spacious park. There are some nice gravel trails for walking/running. There are sports fields and a small playground. There's a building with courts inside. I really liked the tree farm. My child was disappointed there weren't swings at the playground.
Trail conditions & character

“Love walking the gravel path surrounding the park for extra exercise.”
“Very clean building, wheel chair accessible to all facilities and plenty of parking at all parts of the park.”
“I’m rating four stars because this place should have a fenced area for dogs to play.”
Plan your run at Ephram White Park
The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfaceCrushed gravel — the rail-trail classic: softer than asphalt, still smooth enough for tempo work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
