Confirmed from Foli Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 5 mentions

“Nice and quiet place to fish and hang with family and friends.”

Foli Park was a nice walk, its a secluded park in Plano. It has a nice little pond to walk around. Has plenty of eye candy as far as Frogs, birds of sorts and scenery. It has a beautiful dock on the water and a couple of small beaches. No you can not swim. But there are also some grills and even a volleyball court.

If this wasn't right next to a treatment plant this would be a fantastic beginners disc golf course. It is still pretty great but first few holes don't smell great. Nice running path and mature trees around the lake makes those hot days tolerable.

Beautiful little park. Great walking path! Beautiful pond! Great for photography! Frisbee golf is there along with a table for chess and a few different exercise equipment throughout the path.

★★★★★ — Jen , May 2022

Beautiful and quiet park tucked away in Plano. There's a paved trail that loops around the pond - just under a mile in length. There's some really nice views of the pond and park along the trail. There's plenty of benches along the trail, restrooms and a picnic shelter near the large parking lot, and a fishing pier.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
