Confirmed from Frank Shoemaker Marsh's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wildlife refuge featuring kid-friendly hiking trails, a peaceful atmosphere, and scenic views.

I was surprised at how quickly we went from busy city to serene landscapes. We just made a quick loop to see the view from the platform but would like to come back soon for explore the trails.
A quick drive north on 27th Street. Gravel roads to this hidden and little known gem. White-rocked parking area, mowed trails, that's it! No facilities, a few foot bridges, and all the wild wind and prairie you can breath in. Dogs love it! (Keep them on lead). The sky goes on forever...
Calm and peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle and take a nature walk. It's cool because it's literally only a couple miles from the city and you are able to enjoy nature.
Lots of trails. We bring our dogs out here and walk them, they love it. We tend not to go during tick season because they are out there and they are everywhere.
