Great place. Good hiking and great views. Wasn't busy didn't see anyone out there. We went on a Sunday.
Not bad at all, there’s a bunch of trails which are usually for mountain bikes/off-road but they’re not bad for running. You never know what you might find out here and being in the mountain’s foothills is so peaceful.
I will say it's only one mile one way really easy star from maybe the behind the park
