Confirmed from General Holm Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

well-maintained 4 mentions

“It was clean and it felt safe.”

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

“On a hot day you're going to enjoy cooler temperatures from the Shaded sidewalk and cooler temperatures from being next to the water.”

Hit the paved trail for some long boarding! The park was a bit challenging to discover from the main 40-41 S. But plenty of parking early morning Saturday. Good time with the dog's and the Ecological education along the way was sweet. I'm inspired by the good stewardship alongside the river.

This is a nice park that is right next to the Jordan River Trail. The pavilion provides plenty of shade for picnics and get togethers. There isn't a giant field or playing soccer but there is enough space to play a backyard games. The restrooms are ok and have flushing toilets.

Nice park. Small. But nice picnic areas. Access to Jordan parkway trails. Covered Pavilion. And lots of nice grassy areas for you, the kids and your dogs. :)

This is a great little park! There are beautiful trails to walk along side the river.💞

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 8 mentions

“There are bathrooms which tend to be open during the park opening hours (and not overnight or early morning).”
