Confirmed from Georgetown Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a playground and picnic tables, plus opportunities for swimming and walking along a trail.

I go here in the morning to take pictures. I love the nice trail they have there for walking
The walking paths circling the Georgetown lakes are my favorite places to get exercise & to enjoy the fresh air & scenery. 8th Ave Community Park has a clean beach, swimming, picnic areas, playground & some shade. Residents are free. Nonresidents are $5/person (or $10/car...$10 max cost). Maplewood Park is free.
Just completed a most exquisite perambulation along our walking path, now adorned with a lake that glimmers like nature’s own little jewel. One simply cannot resist a moment of reflection… or the gentle reminder that elegance and fresh air are not mutually exclusive.
Great loop to hike around the lake. There is a beach and a playground. I think you're supposed to pay an entrance fee? The only reason I'm docking a star is that there is SOOOO much goose poop on the trail, you can't not step in it.

- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
