These Waterfalls are worth it. To go to Silver falls I'd recommend out and back on the trail to the left of the lot, we really couldn't find a good way across the falls as the rocks are slick and a lot of steep areas, and didn't want to walk directly under the falls and be wet all day.
Two beautiful waterfalls outside of Coos Bay. It's a bit of a drive, but the road is pretty scenic, and of course the waterfalls are spectacular. From the parking area, each falls is about a 15-20 minute walk, less than half a mile to each.
This location was a fantastic day trip ! It is located pretty deep in the forest and the road at the end turns into a one-way for some time because there's mass vegetation on one side and a beautiful river on the other. Once you get to the end of the road, it is a big parking lot with picnic benches and two bathrooms.
The dirt road wasn't bad at all. The last of the one lane had some potholes but I made it fine in my Corolla. These 3 falls are one of a kind! Highly recommended checking them out! Some of the trail you have to maneuver a bit but not a bad hike to see them all!

“I would say hiking these sections is moderate to hard in some parts with fallen trees to climb over and careful footwork over slippery rocks depending on where you go.”
