This is a beautiful nature preserve! You can find plenty of wildlife to watch or photograph, including a variety of birds and crabs. The scenery is also beautiful The beach is less than half a mile walk, but enough where it stays quiet. Even on a busy weekend, there are not many people around.
What a beautiful place that’s hidden easily from the sights of the city. The preserve was filled with molts of horseshoe crab and hermit crabs along the shore. There weren’t very many people which made the experience a whole lot better, lol.
Amazing beach. It's not very busy because you have to walk a little less than half a mile from parking on the street to get there. Natural looking beach, not touristy looking. Seaweed and other sea life washes up and stays there until the tide takes it back out.
Very nice place for a walk on the beach. Parking is roadside so you’ll probably need to parallel park. I went on a 80° weekend and the only busy area was the section of beach right at the end of the access trail. The rest of the beach I saw only a handful of people.
