Confirmed from Green Springs Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This wooded site with natural sulfur springs offers trails, overlooks, picnicking & a playground.

“One of the most striking features here is the stunning green water, which is unlike anything you’ll see in most places.”
“Well because idiots come here to detract from the beauty of this park and go swimming in the springs and disturb the nice quiet environment.”

If you’re in Central Florida, this spot is an absolute must-visit! As soon as you arrive, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to a lush tropical island, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
I love this special place! First I enjoy the trail, most likely with one of the doggies I care for, they love it too. The water color is so beautiful, intense green because of sulfur. It’s deep, around 79 feet. There use to be a nice alligator, that was bothered by teenagers, he would hide from them.
Very peaceful little place to visit. The trail and the spring are a short walk from the parking lot. The spring is beautiful and there is a small gator that calls it home along with turtles and small fish. There is a park for the kids to play and picnic tables.
The restrooms were clean and well maintained, and the parking area was organized and easy to navigate. There are plenty of garbage cans throughout the park, which makes it easy to keep the area clean and enjoyable for everyone.
