Confirmed from High Drive Bluff Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic cliffside spot featuring hiking trails and sunset-viewing spots.
What runners say about High Drive Bluff Park
“The Air is so fresh and clean with a view over looking Hwy 395.”
“Lovely scenic byway with trails and several places to pull off the road and sit, take pics 📸 and simply enjoy the view.”
Great views all around here and a Spokane highlight for locals and people passing through. Especially busy during the Summertime with the many different park trails.
These are amazing trails right in the city! The views are amazing! The wildlife is refreshing. Hikers are considerate and the trails are clean and kept up. We experienced walkers , runners and bicyclists. And a moose. It’s must try.
This is the time of year to visit these trails! The arrowleaf balsamroot is stunning. The trails themselves are pretty well-maintained. Some of them are pretty narrow and some can get steep, but you can meander or trail run for many miles.
Be prepared for a lot of hiking. This place has many beautiful trails that lead you down the side of the mountain. The views here are really spectacular. I definitely recommend this place and NO discover pass required!
