Confirmed from Horry County Bike & Run Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Multiuse trail in Myrtle Beach featuring jumps and other features for mountain bikers, and a track for runners.
What runners say about Horry County Bike & Run Park
“It's also easy to navigate, since all trails lead back to the same starting point.”
“The course is brilliant and a lot of fun, however if you are new to tail riding then you should use the easy trails first and then progress from there.”
Amazing MTB trails. There are jumps and features on every trail. They also have bypass trails and any skill level would have fun on these trails. Must visit if you’re in Myrtle and you have a bike. Thank you to the people that maintain and built these trails!
The course is difficult to capture in pictures because of the terrain and speed you can travel while covering the terrain. However I attach a picture of the map as a CAUTION! Know the route you're taking before taking it.
Surprisingly fun set of mtbing trails right next to the Intracoastal Waterway. Riding everything gave me just over 8 miles. The bike trails are one direction. Runners come towards you in the other direction. This appears to be an old sand pit location.
This trail is unbelievable to be located at the coast. Very well maintained. Lots of fun and challenging with some short punchy climbs, switchbacks, drops, tabletops and berms.
Trail conditions & character
“It offers roughly 7 miles of trails for a lap and has plenty of features and elevation for a very entertaining ride.”
“Trails seem to be kept up pretty well, but washout and root exposure is inevitable in this coastal region.”
“Overall pretty nice trails offering a variety that can be ridden at the skill level of your choice.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
