“A beautiful rocky sides for the creek to flow through.”
Scenic hike close to Lake Superior Zoo. Fortunately, none of the zoo animals were loose today! ;) Lots of fun rock formations along and in the creek, couple of bridges and lots of tree cover. Trail has roots and rocks to traverse, but the grade is minimal.
The city of Duluth has several rivers and creeks running through it that produce waterfalls and rapids. Don’t miss the impressive Kingsbury Creek during the spring melt!
Beautiful hiking trail. Easy to access and not very crowded. The creek has large rock sides so you can walk out for photos
