Confirmed from Laguna Vista Nature Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Looping hiking path with benches, featuring bird-watching stations with feeders, plus picnic tables.

Great little walking trail. It is a broad gravel loop path with several bird blinds for observing wildlife at artificial watering holes. It has benches and picnick areas and the walking is flat and easy.
A nice little trail within the neighborhood. There are several bird blinds and some good habitat for warblers and more arid birds like thrashers. The green space also offers the chance for flyovers of Raptors and gulls.
