Confirmed from Lantana Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Tranquil, protected parkland offering scenic hiking trails & birding opportunities.

This is a beautiful place to take a walk or sit and meditate. It's peaceful . You will see wildlife and walk trails . There is a massive tree at the lookout spot. This tree is gorgeous and makes you want to hug it . So if you visit be sure to go hug this gentle giant.
Nice little nature preserve in the middle of Lantana, Florida. Nicely done with boardwalk and concrete paths. Shaded and peaceful. Benches to sit on around the path. I didn’t know if it was safe to walk alone but I did it. What will scare you is the iguanas! 😂
I’m shocked that this isn’t rated 5 stars. It’s an incredibly beautiful preserve with fun trails, and a view of the water and mangroves. Lots of butterflies and wildlife, too. I’ll be back soon!
I loved this place. You can walk through trees that give you a good shade. It has a nice parking lot and it's free. It's not pet friendly. You can definitely come here and enjoy of a nice walk.
