Confirmed from Lantana Beach Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular spot featuring a playground, picnic tables, and a public restroom, plus snorkeling.
What runners say about Lantana Beach Park
“The water is so clean and clear.”
“Beach is beautiful and feel so much fresh air, however, rip current and big waves ate not suitable for non swimmers and kids.”
“Very nice park and beach, calm, green and quiet, even tough it was weekend it was not crowded”
Great park to read and relax. I come here in the morning to read in the shade before I go swim.
Beach is beautiful and feel so much fresh air, however, rip current and big waves ate not suitable for non swimmers and kids. We have seen adults people snorkeling and swimming here, bit I would not recommend get in the water. Waves crashed into shoreline making it impossible to have a walk.
Always my favorite when it comes to a quick, interesting snorkeling session! The beach is rather small, but nice to walk along!
For South Palm Beach dog owners this park is the perfect spot for a walk. We've caught many sunrises here, and an eclipse. The view from the wooden boardwalk overlooking the beach is priceless.
