Confirmed from Laurel Hill County Park Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 4 mentions

“A beautiful walk in the woods and if you take every inch of the trails you can actually walk 7 miles.”

I love Laurel Hill Park Trails. This was a place of old plantation. The house got burned many years ago, only an old well is left on the site . Live oaks alley is amazing . It is my happy place. Good spot to have picnics.

Definitely the best walking / biking trails in Mt Pleasant hands down. Can get pretty buggy during the summer so just bring bug spray. The views by the old oaks are stunning!

Its a great place to take your kids and family there is fun trails for hiking a play area tennis courts and track for running a baseball field there is even a little lake and dock for fishing the only thing missing is a pool maybe one day they will expand but for now its still a great place to go for a family outing…

★★★★★ — Ashley , Jan 2020

Very nice and mostly shaded trail. The trails are marked every so often so you don't get confused. And it has many benches to take breaks. There is also a nice open field with picnic tables available while walking the trail.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

  • AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
