Easy to miss the turn to get into this area, when driving the car. There isn't a sign that clearly indicates this destination. Parking is only in residential area, so I could imagine it's really hard to find parking on the weekends when people go visit this area.
Best Hikes San Francisco by Falcon Guides 2e suggests Lovers’ Lane and Ecology Road via the route in the attached image. If you do this route it’s an easy 2.7mi loop. Leashed dogs permitted.
Very cute and beautiful walk to lovers lane. The trees are tall and towers over you. I love it! Check it out.
SUCH a lovely place for a stroll with your loved one. there are two paths, one which follows the street and is great for those who enjoy exploring architecture, and one dirt path behind the tree line, for those who enjoy nature and stumbling across a slug or two.
