Confirmed from Majestic View Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic park with a mountain view featuring a nature center, playground, fields & tennis courts.
What runners say about Majestic View Park

“Parking is easy and convenient, and if you time it right, you can catch a stunning sunset that feels like the perfect ending to your visit.”
“Adorable little park with lots of trees and shade for warmer days, a great playground for the kiddos too”
“The walking trails offer breathtaking views of Colorado’s foothills—perfect for a peaceful stroll or some quiet reflection.”
It’s a beautiful park with basketball court, 4 tennis courts, ring toss(I think) , playground and a lot of trail and a pond. There’s a toilet too. A lot of benches and picnic area. It has parking area inside the park.
We heard of it and searched it out a couple weeks ago and went back today to walk around. What a great park! It’s peaceful without being quiet. lol It’s in the middle of busy roads and you hear traffic and construction. But it’s green and the topography is interesting.
Nice, open park, great views of the mountains (morning view would be even better). Big enough. Lots of things to do——picnic table, playground, 🎾 tennis courts, basketball 🏀 courts, open area to play and practice football 🏈 to ⚽️soccer. Small trail quiet area to walk with your dog.
Decent park! Clean and not busy at all on a weekend summer evening. There were some scenic spots, but we did feel it was a teeny bit overrated in the reviews.
