Pretty space for an easy hike. We covered 3 flat miles and saw a variety of birds and frogs in about an hour and we covered most of the trail system. Lost a star because the ticks are BAD. I pulled three off myself and one off my SIL. Please take care of yourself if you visit.
Lovely trails, clearly marked and well maintained. Right off of a main road and easy to park. Porta John by the ridge trail. You do not need to be a MA Audubon member to use. Story walk currently available for kids; you read a book as you hike.
Still love this place, but this year it's LOADED with ticks, especially the new boardwalk. Just make sure you wear bug spray and check yourself after. One of my favorite places to walk. The Audubon society has taken this place a long way. There is ample parking for the place.
Great walking trails with a lot of wildlife activity, we saw a ton of birds and one deer. Dogs are not allowed (since they'll likely scare off wildlife) but there are other trails in the area we take our dog to. My wife and I are definitely coming back to Tidmarsh again.
