Confirmed from Pine Hills MTB's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Pine Hills MTB
If you are an intermediate rider looking to progress your skills, or a seasoned pro looking for some unique challenges Pine Hills in Massachusetts has you covered! Right off the lot you will be greeted with some big rock rollers and skinnies to test your grit.
The trails near the parking lot are awesome! Further away they get sandy and kinda boring. But the trails with features and purpose built mountain bike trails... Super cool. We could have spent a half day just practicing jumps on 3 Stooges section! A lot of expert level stuff and really fun.
Pine Hills MTB is a hidden gem! This park is full of many different technical trails and features, as well as some flow trails. The park isn’t the most beginner friendly but if you aren’t into mountain biking, it’s also a beautiful place to park. There’s also a bike park across the street?
Must go if you're a mountain bike rider. There is a lot of cool bridges and log rides. For people who are not not bike riders, you can still bring your dog or walk, but it's not as fun.
