Mayday pier/park is actually pretty nice and we really enjoy going+! Only down fall is the end of the pier under that shelter roof holds over hundreds of spiders with eggs that like to drop down as your walking after the sunsets lmao 🤣.
Good sized playground with a beautiful big old tree. Walk down the path to go check out the dock and the bay. Had a wonderful time here with the kids this morning! There are decently clean restrooms open during the daytime as well.
May Day Park is my go-to park whenever I’m feeling like I need a good walk and some fresh air. The boardwalk down to the pier is surrounded by nature and southern oaks.
Was wonderful to revisit after living in Colorado the past 7 years. Short walk to the pier but a nice one. Even with the hot and humid summer, the ocean breeze on the pier made up for it for certain
