Confirmed from Mc Donald Forest Hiking/Biking trail start's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Mc Donald Forest Hiking/Biking trail start
“I don't want to tell you wonderful it is to have a beautiful forest so close!”
The best place to hike in Benton county imo. I do wish bikers were more respectful of horses and hikers but the trails are excellent for dogs too!
Love this place. Lots of different paths to take. Can get easily lost if you try to take a different trail then the one you take up, so be prepared. Beautiful trails though and wonderful view from the top.
Just a beautiful place to recreate!! Get up off your b hind and go hiking, biking or trail riding and you won't regret it at McDonald Forest!
I have not utilized the bike trail with a bicycle yet, but as a student at OSU, many of my lab classes took me out to various areas of this forest. In my opinion, the public recreation areas in McDonald are really special, and it made me feel good to see so many people using these areas.
