Memorial Park 3 is a small passive park that goes only one block, but has quite a bit going for it. It has prodigious shade and numerous benches within its span, and even has a pullup/chin up bar for those more fitness inclined.
Very nice park, nice people in the park, very clean, they have ducks, exercise equipment, big park lot of area to walk, or ride your bike
