Confirmed from Millbrook Marsh Nature Center's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
50 acres of protected wetlands with boardwalks & trails for hiking & wildlife viewing.

Millbrook Marsh Nature Center is such a unique spot in State College. With trails for days to walk, nature to explore, you can even bring your kitten for a photoshoot! We DJ'd a wedding back in 2019 - there is a beautiful location for ceremonies and a barn for the reception.
I took the children I watch (aged 3&4) out for a scavenger hunt. The boardwalk was well kept and clearly marked. There were places to rest and relax, and it was all flat which was great for us all. We were able to see lots of animals and personally we did not see any snakes although I'm sure you could on the right day.
I love walking through here. It's a very peaceful place with lots of wildlife.
Lovely beautiful tranquil quiet. These are all words to describe this haven right outside the city of state college. It's a large series of elevated wooden walkways that takes you through the marsh and bridges that take you over the many streams.
