Confirmed from Millenium Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“I love the view while i go for a run!”
“Not a lot of shade, but has a working drinking fountain.”
Nice little park. Has bathrooms, play area with a couple of slides. Nice Big grass area to play games and just run around. Great walking path that is paved and lighted. Path is very flat, Fantastic for those that are aging, that need to just walk. Benches are available for play area.
Love to go running here. It could use a bit of upkeep on the playground but it’s a great place for the family to get out and play. Active retention in the spring so be ready for some water.
Great playground for kids. Well maintained green space as a water retention pond and walking track that is used frequently all day.
Nice little park. Good play ground for little kids. Plenty of space to run.
