Confirmed from Minnregs Lake Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Minnregs Lake Trailhead
“The trail was well maintained, easy to follow, and not overly technical.”
Nice little walk around the lake with connections to more trails. In the winter some of the trail is shared with snowmobile, which ruins a bit of the experience in my opinion.
Such a beautiful park full of rolling hills, plains, and forest for running, hiking, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, and anything really! Surprisingly large and easy to navigate.
Once on the trails, you have no idea how close to the city you are. Ticks are a problem, so wear bug spray!!
First time here and absolutely love this trail! Its located across the road from Brackett’s Crossing Country Club on Judical Road. It has plenty of parking and maps of the trails. There is a dedicated handicap parking space.
Trail conditions & character
“This is the prairie trailhead and connects well to the rest of the park.”
“One thing to note is that there were no bathrooms available when I visited in early May.”
“The trail was well maintained, easy to follow, and not overly technical.”
