Confirmed from Mohawk Hudson Bikeway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Mohawk Hudson Bikeway
“Well maintained, good looking, easy to use.”
The trail has some significant bumps, but they are marked with red paint. There are some small steep sections.
Really nice trail. Well maintained, good looking, easy to use. Road crossings are all pretty good. Narrow in spots, and crowded, so keep an eye to make sure you don't bump into anyone or their dog.
Best place in Schenectady/Niskayuna for running and biking. There are occasional deer or fox or snakes but they are mostly harmless and more afraid of people and just run away.
Wonderful path, going through woods, next to river. Excellent for running, skating, biking, walking!
