We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Monarch Nature Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Monarch Nature Trail

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (4 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

This is an amazing volunteer run project to plant native plants to support Monarch Butterflies and other pollinators. It's a bit of wild squished between the urban sprawl. Highly recommend checking it out! Better yet, join in on volunteering the first Saturday of each month.

Took a nice walk there yesterday after hearing it opened up. Don’t expect anything crazy, but the change in scenery and small touches of nature make the one-mile walk worth it. If you don’t live nearby, it might not be worth the trip — but for local residents, it’s a great spot to clear your mind.

My walking trail since 1994. The neighbors really put some effort into plants and landscape. There are a few coyotes compared to the other side (no growth only gravel). I don't mind as they have every right. I do walk my cat 🐈 on a leash here. Lots of Wildlife but beware!!!
