“Nice little walk about, easy, trail, Not crowded”
I hike here often with my pup. There are two trails, the blue trail is about a mile long, and the red trail is about a half mile long. If you go after a rain the trail will be very muddy. Give it a few days to dry out and it is a fabulous place to walk. Many of the boggy areas have been covered over with boardwalks.
Nice 1 mile hike or a 2 mile hike in Norton,Ma. Just long enough for very young children.
Its nice, peaceful. Lots of roots.Lots of birds, chipmunks, saw a small snake.Well marked. Except the arrow at the end of the loop says Richardson ave and parking lot. You have to walk on Richardson Ave to get back to the parking lot.
Went in July/August very buggy, I look forward to going back in the fall. Be aware the path comes out to the street, so if your dog is a car chaser hang on to the leash tightly (200 yards to the parking lot). The boardwalks makes this place really special.
