Confirmed from Oenslager Nature Center's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Relaxed, dog-free park featuring hiking trails, grasslands and a nature center with live animals, plus birdwatching opportunities.

This is one of the best parks I’ve been to! I saw a few new bird species, they have a nature center where they hold special events. The trails are absolutely beautiful! Overall 10/10 (5.0 stars)
What a great preserve. The trails are fun and easy or anyone, and anytime of year. The learning center has a nice playroom, crafts animals stuffed and live, and a bird watching area. Highly recommend! Red Loop, as seen on Google maps is actually the blue trail. This trail 90% grass.
