Confirmed from Old Kernersville Lake Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Nice little pond/lake. It connects multiple neighborhoods and provides a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle. They allow fishing, though I never see people catch much. Has a little dam that runs off in to a creek. It doesn’t have a walkway around the lake, but plenty of people to walk around it.
Great Place to fish as there’s a small “pier” and wide open banks. Small picnic area, There is also a walking trail around the small quiet park. Water was a little dirty when I visited.
Very quiet weekday afternoon. Fish near the spillway, bluegill? A couple of big ones. Nice size pond, did not walk all around it. Picnic tables, one deck by the water. 3 white geese, one mallard. Very secluded feeling, a few people filtered in and out over 90 minutes or so. Very peaceful and recommended for a picnic.
Small yet peaceful and secluded. Not much of a park but the lake is nice and I saw ducks and fish abound. Further into the lake there’s houses with private property but where you park and the whole front half is fine to walk through

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
