Osborne Park was amazing! From the moment I arrived I felt excepted. As I walked my dogs around the park I was greeted by others. Not long after we got back from our walk a grounds keeper assured me that I was okay to be there. So I rested without worry. Thank you, ground keeper guy.
I've always enjoyed going to this park! Now that the trail is there, it makes for a very enjoyable walk or run. Only critical statement I'm gonna say is, I don't like that they took out the bathrooms and added a portapotty.. other than that, the park is a good/safe place for children and adults!
We like this park because it's never overly crowded, and our grandkids like to walk the little trail and play on the equipment. It's a nice place to have picnics also! If you like a fairly small park, you'll like Osborne.
I only visit this park during little league football season so my opinion might not be the same as others. I think that looking around at the beautiful trees throughout the park is a plus. But that's natural beauty. The football field could use some major attention.
