This a hidden gem many don't know about. But truly a relaxing place. You can go for a bike ride, walk on a trail or simply taking in the gorgeous views. Free to visit, not parking fee.
Carry water and the right boots or shoes. I wore the Salomon xt6 and held extremely well. But I do recommend better ankle support. This trail will test your endurance but once you get it done you’ll feel brand new.
Amazing hiking trail. Definitely worth the hype. The view across the Hudson is amazing. Loved every bit of it. Plenty of parking available. There's also a nice restaurant and the restrooms are available inside it.
This our 3rd time here, the first time was we walked from Gov. Cuomo Bridge (more than 3 miles walk, just the bridge itself) to Palisades. We finished the bridge a lil late, and too tired. So we just decided to just go back next time.
