Confirmed from Paradise Creek Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“We, and our dogs love this park, and they fixed the bridge finally!”

Cool park with trails and and a nice Kayak launch. If you have a bigger kayak make sure to have a dolly because its quite a distance from the parking lot to the launch if you have 11 or 12 footer.

What a great park! The walking trails in this park are well maintained and it's a beautiful walk through the nature. Different bird calls are often heard walking along these trails. We've also spotted several different varieties of butterflies! The playground is lots of fun for children.

Very quiet well maintained nature trails and kayak launch. Adore this little park. Has a playground for children. Dogs must be on a leash. Has signs along the trails and one spot has a QR code to scan and you can learn about the foliage. There a 120 year old elm tree. Absolutely magnificent.

Excellent escape from Portsmouth. Very quiet and beautiful scenery. Walking trails, playground, kayak launch, and so much more. There are edible plants and herbs growing around the park for people to find. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
