Confirmed from Paramount Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Outdoor public park equipped with baseball diamonds, a basketball court, a pool & picnic areas.
What runners say about Paramount Park
“It's very nice, everything is well maintained, the play areas are super clean, the training areas are well marked, and the bathrooms are very clean.”
Great place for both small kidos and big...its super clean and you can stay as long as you want....you might need to bring your own foldable chairs as they run out quick...also no outside food allowed just waters. Will bring kids back for sure!
Great Park to walk your dog and do some exercise and there’s a lot of activity in summer. Thanks!
Very well maintained facility. Been here for numerous occasions. Nieces softball, car show, family get together, etc. I enjoyed my stay there each time. Full featured park and better than most other parks. I don't know if they allow pets but I took my cats there and let them walk around.

“Our only complaint is that it gets pretty dark, there's not many lights by the playground.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
