Confirmed from Petersburg National Battlefield Park Trailhead (Fort Lee)'s own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Great easy trails and shade on hot days.”
Fantastic trail to run however many miles you need. Lots of loops for you to choose from - can do 3, 5, 7, or more miles. Serene and historic run. Might encounter some Army folks training! Lots of informational spots along the way too.
Nice trails for running and walking. Frequently came here while at Fort Lee.
Pass through here every time I run at the battlefield, steady uphill grade from battery 9. Wide trail to intersection of trails or back to Siege Road proper.
Great scenic route with good running routes and walking trails. Landmarks and historic markers. Unfortunately if you want to run the big loop (come out on the west exit and run through Petersburg to get to the east entrance) the sidewalk ends abruptly on one of the main roads.
