We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Pilot Hill Recreation Area Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful area to run and hike I ran the Pilot Hill 25k awesome race highly recommended
we took our dog here on walks while visiting. after a few walks we discovered different trails that lead you to some really unique geological features. looks like many people utilize it for runs, dog walks or biking. felt very safe. but it’s so dang windy. clean porta potty’s at trailhead.
Great place to bike, run, or walk the dog. We recently moved to Laramie and I see myself logging many miles on these trails.
First time in Laramie and this was a very easy and scenic walk, with environmental info posted at intervals along the trail.
