Confirmed from Redlum Farm Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Redlum Farm Preserve
“I suggest coming along or with your whole family, of all ages, sizes, and shapes.”
I just found this place ans thought the park was awesome. Just being there fir a very short time after exploring The West Ottawa Schools, I found the farm and was very glad to see all the features it has.
What a fun spot for kids and beginner mountain bikers! We went today for the first time with a group ranging in age from 3-12 and everyone had fun riding on the trails and going over the features for a few hours.
Trail conditions & character
“Also, just an FYI, there was only a porta potty available for a bathroom.”

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
