This place was beautiful. I walked around the pond and then did the paved trail. I loved how beautiful and peaceful this trail was, also loved going over the cute bridge. There’s a lot of ducks and geese here, you can sit by the pond and feed them. I did also see some people kayaking and fishing.
I go here all the time to walk my dogs and fly my drones. It's a beautiful spot located just barely out of Billings. Highly recommend for a really nice outing to see some nature an get "lost" on a woods trail.
River Park North is located close to downtown Billings, featuring both the Yellowstone River and Lake Josephine. It is a clean, quiet, and rustic spot. Admission is free. Depending on the season, the activities and wildlife sightings vary.
Saw the sunrise and an artist painting when I stopped by this park. It was a great place to walk my dog and stretch after a long night of driving. There were restrooms and plenty of parking to enjoy the park and views from different spots. It looked well-used and started filling up when I left.
