Lovely trails with adequate forest cover. Variety of flora and fauna for those wiling to focus with keenness of eye. Ecological balance can be visualized easily.
Lots of outdoor space. Shelters. A nice play area for kids. Washrooms. Front washroom usually open dawn to dusk. Clean and well maintained. Extensive well marked paved and unpaved trails. Scenic views. Wildlife. Fox River meanders along park edge. Please remember a daily or annual park fee is required.
We rented this park for a party . It's a nice park. The picnic tables are in good condition, the bathrooms were clean and they had soap . Definitely renting it again . Kids loved the park ,with it's trails for walking , skateboarding, and riding bikes .
Really nice area to take your kids or just going for a walk. It's quite and isn't any crazy drivers. It's out side of the city. In the summer its beautiful with the wild life. Take a book read in the fresh air. Share photos with your friends or family.
