Confirmed from Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wooded mountain park on 185 acres offering challenging trails & vistas.
What runners say about Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park
“The trails are always well maintained and fun for all skill levels.”
“I spend 4hours here and only scratched the surface of all that this beautiful park has to offer.”
What a great ride. Did jumbo shrimp and was super fast and flowie? Awesome jumps carry you through the trail . Will be back on next nice weather day. Drove 2 hours to ride here. Pretty cool pump track that is asphalt
This is a beautiful park that offers trails for hiking and biking. There is also a fun playground for kids before entering the trails. Beautiful scenery for beautiful sunset. It’s not far from downtown and the plus side is it is open 24/7 every day.
Chipmunks! Lots of them!!! The climb to the summit was pretty mild, and with ample undulations to break any monotony. I spent my earned DH dollars on flow: Jumbo Shrimp and PBJ. JS looks like a real hoot at full speed, and was plenty fun at less. It has a couple alternate lines of different difficulty for good measure.
Fantastic riding. Mix of cross country if you like the climbs or downhill jump track for those who want more excitement. There is a small beginner jump area and a progressive drop training area. The climb to the to the trails is similar to berm park but worth it.

“5 mile loop, a bit technical is some places.”
“Professional built blacktop pump track at the parking lot for those who favor a bmx or dirt jumper”
