Was staying in Norwich and looking for a place to walk and turned to Google. This was a twenty minute drive but seemed like the best option. Nice walking trail, mainly wide and flat without a lot of elevation change. I think we walked most of it.

The parking lot holds 5-8 vehicles. The initial trail is flat, but there are places where the trail does go up a small hill. There is a mix of hard-packed earth and stone chips. A picnoc table is available at the trailhead. The trails are a work in progress, but the route is accesible to most.

It's nice and wide and paved with gravel on the main trail. We crossed the big metal bridge into the woods and it's narrow, uneven, & unpaved going that way. If you're less able, or avoid/worry about ticks or poison ivy then the main trail is not going to be a problem as far as I can tell.
