We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Sears Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

well-maintained 6 mentions

“Good exercise gear and paths that are open to the public, the portable restroom is clean and well stocked.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 7 mentions

“There's a beautiful walking path, workout stations along the walking path, playground, pond with filtration for fishing, soccer/football/softball fields for playing, etc!”

Small well kept Park. Nice play area for the kids, and you can bring your dogs to walk. If, if the Ducks isn't there. They have little baggies there to pick up after your dog. A good running and walking Track. And they have a overhead with tables where you can sit down to eat.

Great Park! There's a beautiful walking path, workout stations along the walking path, playground, pond with filtration for fishing, soccer/football/softball fields for playing, etc! You can also use the pavilion for a family party, birthday party, graduation party, etc...

It's really fun, great walking path. Lots for kids to play on. My only negative thing is there is no shade, unless you are at the picnic area. The picnic area is really nice. Otherwise it's great for bikes, walking, fishing and so on!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
