Confirmed from Seasons Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Baseball park, playground, and trail with picnic tables plus a lake.
What runners say about Seasons Park
“Great well kept fields and in central location!”
Seasons Park is open year-round. The park paths are plowed in the winter. Amenities include two softball fields, soccer fields in season, tennis courts with an adjacent court, and a permanent play structure.
Wonderful neighborhood park with 2 baseball fields, 2 tennis courts, a full size basketball court, a children's play area, and a large open area of manicured grass. The extensive walking trails border wooded areas, meticulously landscaped backyards, and a lake.
This park is situated in a small neighborhood with one entrance and exit. It has multiple baseball fields with tons of space. There is also a bicycle path that accommodates both bicycles and walkers alike. There is a parking lot with ample spaces. Great place to have a picnic or toss the ball around.
A great park for young kids! Equipment is updated and in great condition. Great path system nearby. Another well maintained Woodbury, MN park and area.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
