A wonderful, fun park on the riverbank. A long pedestrian path invites you to take a good, active walk. Boats on the river and the sound of the lapping waves create an incredibly positive and romantic mood.
Lovely hidden park in the heart of the city of Knoxville. Beautiful tall and big green trees and stunning lake. The landscape is amazing in this area. This park is in a very high end residential area. They have many interesting and unique sculptures and a round about with a fountain which is lovely to see.
Sequoyah Park has always been my dog’s favorite park, and it’s easy to see why. It’s wide open with lots of room for dogs to run, the river runs alongside the park which makes it peaceful and scenic, and there are also areas with trees for shade.
Great place to have a picnic or to go for a walk! I really enjoy the great view of the lake. There are several very nice par benches to sit down on and enjoy the great atmosphere. Sequoyah Park is one of my favorite parks in all of Knoxville. Definitely check it out if you are in the area! Highly recommended! 100 A
