Confirmed from Settlers Bay Coastal Park - West Lot's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Settlers Bay Coastal Park - West Lot
“Beautiful place to enjoy and get lost with the sounds of life and the smells of a clean environment!”
Nice, easy trails that you can take your kids with or go alone. Easy to access with a bit of a bumpy road to drive on but nothing too crazy. Been here a few times and it's a nice place for a toke as well. Would recommend. There's bike trails but I can't speak on those.
Fantastic place tucked off of the beaten path. I recommend bringing your soul mate and walking along the path by the marshes. Or bring whoever. Your great aunt, your dog, your unsuspecting archenemy. The views will still be nice.
Great walking and biking trails of various lengths. Chose your own adventure!
Beautiful place to enjoy and get lost with the sounds of life and the smells of a clean environment! Bathrooms spread out along the trail.

- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
